Sheboygan North Fall Sports Begin Monday, August 17
Sheboygan, WI — August 16, 2026.
Four Sheboygan North High School fall sports are scheduled to begin Monday, August 17, but students must complete all required athletic-clearance steps before joining practices or games.
The start date applies to cross country, boys volleyball, girls volleyball and boys soccer at North High School, 2926 N. 10th Street in Sheboygan.
Three steps are required
According to the North athletics notice, students may not participate until all three requirements are complete:
- Submit the online athletics sign-up form.
- Provide required physical documentation or an alternate-year physical.
- Pay applicable sports fees.
Families should confirm that each part of the process is complete and that the school has received any required documentation before a student attends a practice or game. Completing only part of the checklist does not clear an athlete for participation.
Other North fall sports started earlier
Football equipment activities, girls golf, girls swimming and girls tennis began earlier in August. The August 17 start date is specifically for cross country, boys volleyball, girls volleyball and boys soccer.
North High School is part of the Sheboygan Area School District. Families should use the school’s official athletics resources to confirm current participation requirements and any team-specific information before the season begins.
