Sheboygan Astronomical Society Plans Maywood Stargazing Session August 22

Families, visitors and anyone curious about the night sky can plan for a public telescope viewing session at Maywood Environmental Park on Saturday, August 22.
The Sheboygan Astronomical Society will host the session from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Maywood Environmental Park, 3615 Mueller Road, Sheboygan. The society welcomes people without prior astronomy experience.
What visitors may see
The event listing names several planned viewing targets, including the first-quarter Moon, M31 Andromeda Galaxy, M57 Ring Nebula and Albireo. Other objects may also be available depending on viewing conditions.
