Sheboygan County Warming Center asks for summer clothing donations at 623 Ontario Ave (after shower trailer debut)

After an official ribbon-cutting for its new year-round shower trailer on Saturday, July 11, the Sheboygan County Warming Center says it’s using clean clothing more quickly—and it’s asking local neighbors to donate summer items that can be put to use right away.
According to Seehafer News, the ribbon-cutting marked the debut of a permanent shower trailer stationed at 623 Ontario Avenue. With the service now operating year-round, organizers say they need fresh summer clothing to help guests get clean, comfortable clothing after showers.
What the Warming Center says it needs most
In its donation request following the shower trailer debut, Seehafer News reported that the Warming Center’s most-needed summer items include:
- Men’s and women’s athletic shorts
- T-shirts
- Tank tops
- Summer socks
The organization is encouraging donors to bring new or gently used items.
