Mead Public Library Will Close Friday, September 25, for Staff Training

Sheboygan, WI — September 22, 2026. Mead Public Library will be closed all day Friday, September 25, for staff in-service training.

The closure applies to Mead Public Library at 710 N. 8th Street in the City of Sheboygan. Residents, families, students and other library users should plan visits and in-person library needs around the one-day schedule change.

People who need to borrow or return materials, use library computers, ask questions in person or complete other library business should plan to visit Thursday, September 24, or wait until the library reopens.

Mead Public Library says regular hours are scheduled to resume Saturday, September 26. The Friday closure is listed on the library’s official website and upcoming-events page as a staff in-service training day.
