Mark your calendars for August 8–10, 2025, as high-speed action hits Lake Michigan! Sheboygan is hosting the second leg of the P1 Offshore Triple Crown, featuring the world’s fastest offshore powerboats and a full schedule of P1 AquaX jet ski racing.

📅 Full Race Weekend Schedule & Event Highlights

All events are FREE to attend unless otherwise noted. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early for good viewing spots along South Pier Drive and Deland Park.

P1 Course in Sheboygan

Friday, August 8 – Tech Day & Block Party

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Race team registration, inspections, and pit access
  • 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM: Powerboat Testing on Lake Michigan (cleared teams only)
  • 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Downtown Block Party @ City Green
    • Parade of race boats
    • Live music, food vendors, and fun
    • Free and family-friendly

Saturday, August 9 – Race Day 1

🏁 AquaX Jet Ski Racing

  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: AquaX Race 1 – Pro Enduro
    The pros take on the waves in a high-speed endurance challenge on jet skis.
  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: AquaX Race 1 – AM Enduro
    Amateur riders compete in their first of three races this weekend.

🛥️ Offshore Powerboat Races

  • 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM: Race 1 – Bracket Classes 700, 600, 500, 400
    Entry-level boats face off in shorter heats—great for early spectators.
  • 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM: Race 2 – MOD V, Super Vee, Bracket 200, CAT 300
    A mix of V-bottom and catamaran hulls pushing into faster speeds.
  • 12:45 PM – 1:30 PM: Race 3 – Factory Stock
    Identical boat builds showcase team skill over horsepower.
  • 1:45 PM – 2:30 PM: Race 4 – Super Cat
    High-horsepower catamarans fly across the waves at over 120 mph.
  • 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM: Race 5 – Class 1
    The main event of the day—these beasts top 160 mph.

  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: AquaX Race 3 – Pro Enduro
    Final jet ski showdown for the pros.
