A stretch of Mead Avenue in Sheboygan is closed to through traffic this week between South 12th Street and South 10th Street, with no posted detour. Residents will still have access while the city completes storm sewer, crosswalk, curb, gutter, and concrete repairs.
Drivers on Sheboygan’s south side should expect lane closures on South Business Drive between Union Avenue and Georgia Avenue after road work began April 15. The city says one lane in each direction is closed, no posted detour is planned, and the work is tentatively expected to continue into June.
