Maywood Sets Season-End Cycling Ride With Routes Up to 100 Miles August 29
Sheboygan, WI August 28, 2026 — Cyclists will have a long-distance riding opportunity in Sheboygan on Saturday, August 29, when Maywood Environmental Park hosts the Team Maywood season-end ride.
The event is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is designed as an end-of-season celebration ride rather than a race. The official Maywood calendar lists route options reaching up to 100 miles, with up to three rest stops along the way and lunch served back at Maywood.
Registration status and event details
RunSignup currently lists online registration as closed for the available Team Maywood member and non-member categories. Riders who are still interested should contact Maywood directly before traveling to the event to ask whether late registration, day-of participation or another entry option is available.
The Team Maywood program page lists a $15 add-on for the season-end ride. The seasonal program also includes weekday and weekend group rides, giving local cyclists opportunities to ride together throughout the season.
Planning for Saturday
The ride will take place at Maywood Environmental Park in the City of Sheboygan. The City of Sheboygan identifies Maywood as an outdoor recreation facility with trails, parking and special-event use.
Participants should bring a helmet and properly functioning equipment, and they should check Maywood’s event page or participant communications for any weather-related cancellation or schedule update before leaving home. Because online registration is closed, confirming entry details directly with the organizer is especially important.
For the latest information, visit the Maywood events calendar or the Team Maywood program page.
