Carbliss Names Partners for Plymouth Headquarters Redevelopment
Plymouth, Wisconsin — August 27, 2026.
Carbliss has selected three Wisconsin partners to help advance its planned headquarters redevelopment at the former Kmart property at 2615 Eastern Avenue in Plymouth, Sheboygan County.
The company announced Miron Construction, Excel Engineering and Nicolet Bank as partners for the project. The planned redevelopment would reuse the approximately 90,000-square-foot commercial building, which has been vacant since 2014, for Carbliss headquarters operations and public-facing experiences.
A long-vacant Plymouth property is planned for reuse
Carbliss expects to occupy the renovated property in 2027. The project would bring the company’s headquarters operations to a larger hometown location while reusing the former Kmart building.
City of Plymouth planning materials identify 2615 Eastern Avenue as the commercial property associated with the former Kmart site, providing additional confirmation of the location.
Planned features could welcome visitors
In addition to headquarters space, the plans include a Carbliss Pour/Tap House, product sampling and innovation experiences, virtual manufacturing tours, merchandise space, outdoor patio seating and flexible gathering areas.
The concept also includes shared food or catering services with local businesses. Those features are planned for the redeveloped site, but final visitor operations and service details have not yet been provided.
More renovation details are pending
Carbliss has not released a complete construction schedule, final renovation plans or an opening date for the public-facing portions of the property. The company’s 2027 occupancy target is an expectation, not a guaranteed completion date.
For Plymouth residents, the proposal represents a potential reuse of a commercial property that has been vacant for more than a decade. Additional details are expected as Carbliss and its project partners continue planning the redevelopment.
