Sheboygan Council to Consider Deland Park Beach Camera Agreement Oct. 19
Sheboygan, WI — October 16, 2026.
Sheboygan’s Common Council is scheduled to consider an agreement Monday, October 19, for a live-stream camera at the Deland Park Beach House. If approved and installed, the camera is intended to show surf conditions and wave activity at North Side Municipal Beach.
Resolution 122-26-27 would authorize an agreement with Visit Sheboygan and Second Revolution LLC, doing business as EOS. The City of Sheboygan’s October 19 council agenda lists the resolution and the proposed camera location.
What the council will consider
The Public Works Committee voted 4-0 to recommend adoption, according to the agenda. The recommendation is not final approval; the Common Council is scheduled to consider the resolution at its meeting.
The proposed stream could offer residents, surfers and visitors a remote view of beach conditions. The agenda describes the intended view as including surf conditions, wave activity and the city’s surfing community. It does not confirm council approval, installation or an installation date.
Meeting information
The council meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday, October 19, at City Hall, 828 Center Avenue, Sheboygan.
The camera remains a proposal pending council consideration. Any installation would depend on approval and subsequent action.
