GT World Challenge America Returns to Road America in Plymouth August 28-30
Plymouth, WI — August 3, 2026.
Road America will host GT World Challenge America for a three-day motorsports weekend from Friday, August 28, through Sunday, August 30, at its facility on N7390 Highway 67 in Plymouth, Sheboygan County.
The event gives local families and visitors a chance to plan ahead for a major racing weekend without waiting for the final days of summer. Road America has posted a detailed fan schedule covering track activity, gate information, fan activities, shuttles and other visitor logistics.
Six racing series are scheduled
The weekend lineup includes GT World Challenge America, GT America powered by AWS, Toyota GR Cup, Pirelli GT4 America, McLaren Trophy America and TC America powered by Skip Barber.
Friday and Saturday are scheduled to include practice sessions, qualifying and support-series races. Sunday includes additional support races, followed by the GT World Challenge America race at approximately 1:30 p.m.
Road America notes that all schedule times are approximate, and sessions may begin earlier or later than listed. Visitors should review the official fan schedule before traveling.
Family and camping details
Road America says children 16 and under receive free general admission with a paying adult. The facility also offers more than 1,000 on-site camping sites for visitors planning to stay near the track throughout the weekend.
The Main Gate is located on Highway 67, while camping check-in is handled through Gate 4. The official schedule also lists general-admission gate hours for Friday through Sunday.
