Jenny Behr Named First-Ever Mrs. Wisconsin 2025
Sheboygan resident Jenny Behr has officially been crowned Mrs. Wisconsin 2025, marking a significant first for both Behr and the Miss United Crown of America national pageant organization. In her debut pageant appearance, Behr not only claimed the state title but also made history as the first woman to ever hold the Mrs. Wisconsin crown under the Miss United Crown banner.
The achievement is deeply personal for Behr, who steps into the spotlight with a mission rooted in compassion and resilience. Drawing from her own experiences with bullying, she is dedicating her platform to advocating for victims of both bullying and human trafficking—two issues she says are tragically intertwined and too often overlooked.
“This title is more than a crown,” Behr said. “It’s a voice for those who haven’t had one, and I’m going to do everything I can to make it heard.”
Behr hopes her reign inspires greater awareness of the presence of human trafficking in the U.S. and serves as a call to action for communities to become more vigilant and supportive. With dreams of founding a nonprofit dedicated to helping survivors of trafficking and bullying, she sees this appointment not as the culmination of a journey, but the beginning of something bigger.
The Miss United Crown of America is a newly launched pageant with a mission to recognize leadership, confidence, and personal impact. As a member of the pageant’s founding class of titleholders, Behr will represent Wisconsin at the national competition on September 21, 2025. Contestants from all 50 states will compete in a celebration of community purpose and modern pageantry.
