Sartori Plans $47 Million Plymouth Expansion With Up to 27 New Jobs
Sartori Company plans to invest $47 million in an expansion of its whey-converting operation in the City of Plymouth, with up to 27 jobs projected. The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation announced the plan on October 29, 2026.
The project calls for a 68,000-square-foot addition and five production lines. The job figure is a projection, not a guarantee.
Tax credits depend on investment and hiring
WEDC authorized up to $450,000 in state income tax credits for Sartori. The amount the company ultimately receives depends on its investment and the jobs it creates; the full credit is not assured.
Work is expected to continue in phases
Sartori broke ground in December 2025. WEDC says the building is expected to be completed by spring 2027, with production lines added in phases. The full project is expected to be completed in 2030.
The planned expansion is a sizable manufacturing investment in Plymouth. Its projected job total and phased timeline give residents and prospective workers a local development to watch, while the company’s plans and outcomes remain subject to change.
Seehafer News also reported on the planned expansion and projected jobs. A July 2026 City of Plymouth project plan supports the city-place context, but does not establish the expansion’s precise street address.
