Town of Greenbush meetings set for Monday, Feb. 23, 2026 (Greenbush Town Hall). The posted agenda combines a Planning Commission meeting (7:00 p.m.) and a Town Board meeting immediately afterward (listed as approximately 7:15 p.m.). Residents who want to weigh in should review the agenda ahead of time and use the public comment portion during the Town Board meeting.

Planning Commission: zoning and land-use requests

Two land-use items are on the Planning Commission agenda. One is a rezoning request for a parcel on County Road U (from A1 to A5) tied to an application by M T Properties. The agenda describes a proposal that would allow construction of a home while keeping remaining land in agricultural or hunting/recreation use. A second item is a conditional use request tied to an address on County Road C in the Town of Greenbush, seeking approval for a small business operation with up to three employees, using an existing building and parking area.

Town Board: fire services, roads, and licensing items

The Town Board agenda includes a Greenbush Fire Department update and a separate item on funding for fire department services / a fire truck. The board also has ‘roads and right-of-way maintenance concerns’ listed, along with routine business such as clerk/treasurer reports, maintenance updates, building/driveway permits, and bills.

Community events & permits

A notable event-related item on the Town Board agenda is a request for a temporary alcohol beverage license for the Greenbush Kettle Moraine Snowmobile Club (GKMT Corp.) for an event listed as Feb. 28–March 1. The agenda also includes a related operator’s license request connected to that GKMT event.
