City of Sheboygan Seeks Public Input for 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan
The City of Sheboygan’s Department of Planning and Development invites all residents to participate in a crucial Community-Wide Needs Survey. Your feedback will help prioritize the city’s community development and housing needs for the upcoming 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. This plan, required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), will guide the allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the next five years.
Survey Details
The online survey is available from September 12, 2024, through October 31, 2024, and can be accessed in English, Spanish, and Hmong. Residents are encouraged to share their insights on the following key topics:

- Assistance to Local Businesses
- Community Facilities
