Sheboygan County, WI — August 3, 2026. The National Weather Service Milwaukee/Sullivan office is watching a period of unsettled weather expected to affect Sheboygan County from Tuesday evening, August 4, through Thursday morning, August 6.
In a Hazardous Weather Outlook issued at 3:48 a.m. CDT Monday, August 3, the NWS said thunderstorm chances will return Tuesday evening and may continue in multiple rounds through Thursday morning. Repeated storms could produce localized flooding, although the timing and impacts of severe weather remain uncertain.

Storm chances increase Tuesday evening, August 4
The NWS Sheboygan County forecast for zone WIZ052, updated at 7:31 a.m. CDT Monday, calls for an 80% chance of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday night, a 60% chance of showers Wednesday, and a 50% chance of showers Wednesday night with a slight chance of thunderstorms. Conditions are expected to improve Thursday, August 6.
The forecast does not mean flooding will occur countywide. The main concern is that multiple rounds of rain could affect the same areas, creating drainage problems or water-covered roads where repeated downpours occur.
