🎃 Partners for Community Development, Inc. invites everyone to a spook-tacular afternoon celebrating National Weatherization Month with the Trunk or Treat Resource Fair!

This fun and free community event combines Halloween festivities with local resources and giveaways for families. Kids can collect treats while parents discover helpful programs and information from area organizations.

What to Expect

  • Family-Friendly Fun: Trick-or-treating, costumes (optional but encouraged!), and smiles all around.
