Sheboygan Falls Students Face PSAT and College Planning Deadlines
Sheboygan Falls, WI — September 10, 2026. Sheboygan Falls High School students have two upcoming deadlines connected to college and career planning: PSAT registration by Friday, September 18, and spring Start College Now applications through the high school by Thursday, October 1.
PSAT registration is limited to 25 students
Students in 10th or 11th grade who want to take the PSAT should register through the Sheboygan Falls High School counseling office. The test costs $18, and the school announcement says only 25 spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration closes Friday, September 18. The PSAT is scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, at Sheboygan Falls High School, 220 Amherst Ave.
Families interested in the test should contact the counseling office before the deadline rather than waiting for the available spots to fill.
Start College Now applications are due October 1
Students considering spring college-level coursework through Lakeshore College must submit completed Start College Now applications to their high school by Thursday, October 1.
The program can allow eligible high school students to earn both high school and college credit. Lakeshore College says students should first meet with their high school counselor to review eligibility and the application process.
Eligibility requirements include completing 10th grade, being enrolled in a public high school, receiving parent or guardian approval, remaining in good academic standing and meeting course-entry requirements. Students should not assume that every student qualifies or that enrollment is automatic.
