Mead Public Library Hosts Parachute Playtime Outdoors on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 (3:00–3:30 p.m.)
Sheboygan, WI July 8, 2026
Families with young children can plan a quick, active weekday outing with a caregiver-and-kids parachute play session at Mead Public Library.
Parachute Playtime is Wednesday, July 8 (3:00–3:30 p.m.)
Mead Public Library will host Parachute Playtime on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, from 3:00–3:30 p.m. The program is designed for children and caregivers to sing, play games, and move together using a large parachute.
What families will do
On-site, the library says families will participate in parachute activities that encourage teamwork and coordinated movement—including bouncing, shaking, lifting, and rippling the parachute as part of the play-and-music routine.
Where to go
The event is at Mead Public Library, 710 N. 8th Street, Sheboygan, WI 53081.
Weather plan: outdoors if possible, rain move indoors
Mead Public Library also notes that the session will be held outdoors weather permitting. If rain moves the program indoors, the library says it will shift to the Storygarden location on-site—where space will be limited.
More details are listed on the event page for Parachute Playtime.
