Lakeland University Sets September 17 Constitution Day Lecture With Sheboygan North Teacher
Town of Herman, WI — August 31, 2026: Lakeland University will host a free public Constitution Day lecture on Thursday, September 17, featuring Tom Yedica, a Sheboygan North High School social studies teacher and department chair.
The program begins at 11 a.m. in the Younger Family Campus Center Event Space at Lakeland University’s main campus. Admission is free, and the event is open to the public.

Yedica’s presentation is titled “The Constitution Viewed Through the Lens of Sacred Space and Sacred Time.” The lecture gives Sheboygan County residents, students, educators and families a nearby opportunity to take part in a civic-education program without an admission charge.
Lakeland’s convocation schedule also lists Constitution Day for September 17 at 11 a.m., supporting the event’s date and start time.
