Tuesday, May 19: Breezy Showers, Thunder Chances, and a Small Craft Advisory for Sheboygan County

Sheboygan County, Wisconsin — Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

The Tuesday morning National Weather Service update at 10:30 a.m. CDT calls for partly sunny skies, a 30% chance of light showers late this morning, highs in the lower 70s, and west winds around 15 to 20 mph. NWS Milwaukee/Sullivan also says isolated thunderstorms may occur this morning into early afternoon, so outdoor plans may need a backup option.

Boaters on the Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island to Sheboygan should pay close attention as a Small Craft Advisory remains in effect through Tuesday evening. The National Weather Service says winds and waves will be hazardous to small craft, with rougher conditions expected on the water.

Wednesday looks cooler and quieter, with mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid-50s. Check the latest National Weather Service updates before heading out.
