Sheboygan Juneteenth Celebration Returns June 19
The free evening at Kiwanis Park will combine family activities, local resources and traditions that honor freedom.
SHEBOYGAN, WI — Sheboygan’s annual Juneteenth Celebration will bring a free evening of family activities and community connection to Kiwanis Park on Friday, June 19, from 5 to 9 p.m.
Organized by Black American Community Outreach, the celebration marks Juneteenth, the holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the United States. The Sheboygan event is designed as an all-ages gathering where neighbors can learn, celebrate and connect with local organizations.
The program includes a vendor and resource fair, the return of a caramel cake bake-off and the Juneteenth Royal Court. Visitors can browse community booths, support local participants and spend the evening together along the Sheboygan River.
Admission is free. Families may want to bring lawn chairs or blankets and check the organizer’s page before leaving for any weather-related updates.
