Random Lake: Library Bay Boardwalk & Walkways project update. The Village of Random Lake posted an update on Feb. 19 about the Library Bay Boardwalk and Walkways Project, describing it as a multi-phase effort in collaboration with multiple community groups. While this is a Random Lake project, it’s a nearby public-space improvement that many Adell-area residents use (and it’s also tied to the broader Lakeview/library area). If you’re interested in how it’s taking shape, the village is directing residents to its project page for ongoing updates.

Schools & youth (Adell families)

Random Lake teams: recent results and postseason picture. For local sports followers, statewide score reporting from Feb. 16 included a boys basketball result of Hilbert 81, Random Lake 44. On the postseason side, statewide bracket coverage published Feb. 15 lists Random Lake in the WIAA girls basketball bracket, with Random Lake seeded and matched up in the opening round (watch official WIAA postings and school communications for game-day specifics).

Community & library

Lakeview Community Library (serving Adell) closure notice. Lakeview Community Library’s homepage lists an upcoming closure date of Monday, Feb. 16, 2026. If you rely on Lakeview for holds, printing, or kids’ programming, it’s a good week to double-check your pickup/return timing and plan around that closure.

Roads & travel notes

Winter is still dictating travel patterns across southern Sheboygan County. For the most current work-zone impacts (including short-notice lane restrictions), use Wisconsin’s 511 work-zone resources and drive with extra time on typical Adell connectors like STH 57 and county routes.
