Sheboygan Housing Authority Sets Oct. 23 Hearing on Capital Plans and Policy Changes
The Housing Authority of the City of Sheboygan has scheduled a public hearing for 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 23, 2026, at 2201 Erie Avenue. Residents can comment on proposed capital plans and policy changes. The proposals are not approved, and proposed capital activities would be subject to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development approval and other applicable requirements.
The hearing will cover the Authority’s 2026 Capital Fund Program submission and Capital Fund 5-Year Action Plan, as well as proposed changes to its Administrative Plan and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy. The public notice does not describe the proposed policy changes in detail.
