Town of Lima sets May 26 Board of Review hearing at Lima Town Hall

Property owners in the Town of Lima have a clear deadline if they want to question a 2026 assessment. The town’s posted notice says the Board of Review will hold its first meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Lima Town Hall, N3689 CTH I, in Sheboygan Falls.

The same notice says Open Book was offered by telephone only on May 6, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Residents who want to contest an assessed value must contact Clerk/Treasurer Karen Pohl at (920) 467-6037 or clerk@townlima.com to obtain and file an objection form.

The notice also says intent to file an objection must be given at least 48 hours before the board’s first scheduled meeting. For Lima property owners, that makes the May 26 hearing the key date to watch.
