Sheboygan County Chamber Honors 2026 Best Under 40 Winners in Kohler
Kohler, Wis. — The Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce recognized three young leaders at its May 7 Best Under 40 Awards Dinner at The Village at 170 in Kohler.
The chamber announced the winners on May 8. Paige Meyer of Rockline Industries earned Community Volunteer of the Year. Bo LaBouve, owner of Eb Flo Coffeehouse, was named Entrepreneur of the Year. Cate Tinker, executive director of Above & Beyond Children’s Museum, received the Young Professional of the Year honor.
The dinner ran from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. CDT at The Village at 170, 170 Rangeline Road, Kohler, Wisconsin 53044.
In the chamber’s announcement, Meyer was recognized for her work with Lakeshore College’s Council for Educational Equity, United Way NextGen Leaders, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. LaBouve was noted for building Eb Flo Coffeehouse into a local gathering spot that is now expanding. Tinker was praised for leadership at Above & Beyond Children’s Museum and for a community-minded approach that centers children and families.
The award list is a nice snapshot of what the chamber wants to highlight in Sheboygan County: service, entrepreneurship, and leadership that strengthens daily life here. The organization said dozens of young professionals were nominated across the county, underscoring how many people are helping shape local workplaces, nonprofits, and community groups.
