Prevea plans June 16 open house for new Sheboygan health center at 1703 N. Taylor Dr.

Prevea Health is inviting the public to a free community open house and ribbon cutting on Tuesday, June 16, at its new Sheboygan health center at 1703 N. Taylor Dr., Sheboygan, Wisconsin 53081.

A new North Taylor Drive stop for local patients

The new location gives Sheboygan residents a clear date and place to watch for as Prevea moves services from its current health center at 1411 N. Taylor Dr.. According to Prevea’s location pages, service at the current site is scheduled to relocate to the new building on June 22, 2026.

That makes the June 16 open house more than a ceremonial stop. It is a practical chance for patients, neighbors, and local families to see where care will be moving before the transition week begins. For anyone used to the current North Taylor Drive office, the new address is the one to remember.

If you use the current Prevea location, note the June 22 move date and the new address so your next visit goes to the right place.
