CLEVELAND, WI — Lakeshore College will welcome families to its fifth annual College, Candy & Costumes celebration from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at the college’s Cleveland campus, 1290 North Ave.

The free event will be held in the Nierode Building and is open to community members, Lakeshore students and alumni. Children must attend with an adult, and families should bring their own trick-or-treat bags.

Halloween activities for families

Activities include trick-or-treating, pumpkin decorating, family-friendly games, free apple cider and fresh popcorn. Pumpkins are limited and will be available while supplies last. Coffee will be available for purchase from the Grove Roots Food Truck.

Costumes are encouraged. Guests should enter from West Campus Drive and park in Lot 1.

A homecoming for Lakeshore alumni

This year’s event also serves as a Halloween homecoming for Lakeshore College graduates and their families. Alumni can reconnect with other graduates, tour the campus and learn more about current college offerings.
