Sheboygan Toastmasters Welcomes Guests to October 5 and 19 Meetings
SHEBOYGAN, WI — Sheboygan 2121 Toastmasters is inviting guests to its October 5 and 19 meetings to practice speaking and leadership skills in a supportive club setting. The club meets on the first and third Mondays of each month from 6 to 7:30 p.m., with the room opening at 5:30 p.m.
Guests can attend in person at Bethany Reformed Church, 1315 Washington Ave. in Sheboygan, or join virtually. The club says to park and enter on the east side of the building. Meeting formats can change, so visitors should check the club’s meeting page for current details and the virtual connection.
What happens at a meeting
Members practice prepared speeches, impromptu responses known as Table Topics, meeting roles and constructive evaluations. The club uses Toastmasters’ Pathways learning program to help members work toward their own communication and leadership goals. Visitors can watch a meeting and meet the members before deciding whether to participate.
