Mead Library Schedules Bitty Book Club for Sheboygan Families September 15

Mead Public Library will host a Bitty Book Club session for children ages 2 to 5 and their families on Tuesday, September 15, in Sheboygan.
The one-hour program is scheduled for 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in The Loft at Mead Public Library, 710 N. 8th Street. Families can take part in stories and book-themed activities designed to support young children’s motor, language and social development.
What families can expect
The September 15 session will also give caregivers an opportunity to learn about child development. A parent educator and a physical therapist will be available to discuss developmental milestones.
Mead Public Library lists the program as a partnership with the Family Resource Center and Progressive Beginnings. The session combines early-literacy activities with information about children’s development.
Take-home books will be available while supplies last. The library’s event information does not establish a registration requirement, fee or guaranteed book availability.
