Free Sheboygan Workshop Offers Practical Tools for Stress, Communication and Resilience
Sheboygan, WI — August 5, 2026.
Adults looking for practical information about emotional health, communication and resilience will have a free local option on Thursday, August 13, when Rogers Behavioral Health hosts a Life Skills Workshop in Sheboygan.
The workshop is scheduled for 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Rogers Behavioral Health, 1108 S. Wildwood Ave., Sheboygan, Wisconsin 53081. The session is open to adults age 18 and older, and admission is free.
Practical topics for everyday life
The educational session will cover emotional health, relationships, communication, stress, anxiety management and resilience. The format is intended to provide general skills and information in a community setting.
The workshop is non-clinical. It is an educational opportunity, not individual therapy, diagnosis or treatment. Residents seeking clinical behavioral-health services should use the appropriate provider or county program for their needs.
Registration is encouraged
Registration is encouraged through the Eventbrite listing for the workshop series. Residents should review the registration page before attending in case event details change before Thursday, August 13.
Rogers Behavioral Health operates a Sheboygan location, while Sheboygan County also provides separate clinical mental-health and substance-use services through its Health and Human Services Department. The workshop does not replace those services, but it offers adults and families an additional local opportunity to learn about communication, stress-management and resilience skills.
Adults planning to attend should register in advance and confirm the location and schedule before the event.
