Sheboygan Area School District families should note that Friday, May 22, 2026, is a no-school day for students because of staff professional development. The district’s official calendar and homepage both list the date as an active schedule item.

That gives parents and guardians a little extra time to line up childcare, work schedules, errands, or a weekend trip before Friday morning.

The same official SASD calendar also shows Monday, May 25, 2026, as no school for Memorial Day. Together, the two dates create a long weekend for many district families.
