Town of Sheboygan Plan Commission: public hearing notices (March 3)

Two public meeting notices are posted for the Town of Sheboygan Plan Commission on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Town Hall Community Center (North Parking Lot Entrance), 4020 Technology Parkway, Sheboygan. Both notices describe public hearings tied to land use requests, including a rezoning request involving a portion of a parcel at 6400 Hawthorn Road (C-1 to R-2) to allow for a garage, and a separate request on North 20th Street involving a Planned Unit Development (PUD) and conditional use permit for an age-restricted condominium development described as seven duplexes. Residents who live nearby (or anywhere in the Town) and have questions or comments may want to review the notices and attend.

Sheboygan Area School District: Board of Education regular meeting (Feb. 24)

The Sheboygan Area School District lists a Board of Education Regular Meeting for Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Administrative Services Building (Board of Education Meeting Room), 3330 Stahl Road, Sheboygan. The district’s Board of Education page also includes its agendas/minutes section and a school board election notice timeline. Town of Sheboygan families with students in SASD may want to watch for the posted agenda and any public comment instructions.

Public safety

With colder weather continuing this weekend, residents should keep winter driving basics in mind (slow down, increase following distance, and plan extra time), especially if light snow develops tonight into Sunday. If you rely on volunteer response or mutual aid, make sure house numbers are visible from the road and review your household’s emergency contacts.
