Celebrate the Holidays with the 32nd Annual Sheboygan Jaycees Holiday Parade
Kick off the holiday season in style with the 32nd annual Sheboygan Jaycees Holiday Parade, presented in partnership with WLKN Lake 98.1. This cherished community event takes place on Friday, Dec. 1, beginning at 5 p.m. in downtown Sheboygan.
The parade route begins at Center Avenue and Seventh Street, traveling north to Erie Avenue before turning onto Eighth Street. The festivities conclude with a magical tree lighting ceremony at Mead Public Library, located at 710 N. Eighth Street.
Parade Highlights
- Support Local Charities: Along the parade route, Girl Scouts will collect paper products and personal hygiene items from spectators to benefit Safe Harbor of Sheboygan County and Bridgeway & Beyond, a transitional living program for single mothers and their children.
- Letters to Santa: The U.S. Postal Service will participate in the parade, collecting letters addressed to Santa Claus. To ensure a reply, make sure to include your name and address.
- Festive Theme – “Christmas Costumes”: Get creative and join the fun by dressing up as your favorite holiday character—just skip Santa and Mrs. Claus!
