River Fest 2024: Live Music, Family Fun, and Local Vendors on the Sheboygan River

Sheboygan’s Riverfront will be buzzing with excitement on Saturday, September 21st, 2024, as River Fest takes over the Riverfront Drive boardwalk from 11 AM to 5 PM. This one-day event invites Sheboygan residents and visitors of all ages to come out and enjoy a day full of live entertainment, delicious food, and family-friendly activities, all set against the scenic Sheboygan River.

What to Expect at River Fest 2024

River Fest is more than just a day out by the river—it’s a celebration of Sheboygan’s Harbor Centre businesses and the vibrant local community. The event will feature engaging activities for the entire family, vendor booths with interactive experiences, and plenty of local food to enjoy.

Entertainment Lineup

The event kicks off with live music from the Master of the Universe Band from 11 AM to 1 PM, followed by a Boardwalk Fashion Show at 12 PM, where local businesses will showcase their latest styles. For the kids, the fun continues with Randy Peterson, a children’s entertainer, performing from 1 PM to 2 PM.

At 1 PM, the Coast Guard Search & Rescue Demonstration will give attendees a rare glimpse into the life-saving skills of our local heroes. To wrap up the day’s musical entertainment, the Buffalo Joe Band will be rocking the boardwalk from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Family Fun in the Kids Zone

Bring the whole family to the Kids Zone, open from 11 AM to 3 PM, where you’ll find a variety of fun activities like balloon twisting, face painting, and mega chalk art. It’s the perfect place to let the kids explore while you enjoy the festivities.

Local Food and Vendors

Hungry? You’re in luck! River Fest’s Food Truck Court will feature delicious options from local favorites like Harvest Street, Junior’s Eats, Peja Vu, and Parker John’s BBQ. Whether you’re craving something sweet or savory, the food trucks have you covered.
