Paul and Amanda’s journey began in upstate New York, where they met while working together. Their bond over a mutual passion for food quickly blossomed into a romantic relationship and eventually inspired the concept of Arrosto. After relocating to Amanda’s hometown of Sheboygan, they turned their shared dream into a reality, creating a space that reflects their culinary upbringing and professional experiences.
