Daylight savings time approaching quickly!!!!
As we approach March 12th, 2023, it’s time for residents of Sheboygan and many other parts of the United States to prepare for Daylight Saving Time (DST). At 2:00 AM on that day, clocks will spring forward by one hour, marking the beginning of longer, sunnier days.
It’s important to remember to adjust all non-automatic clocks in your home and vehicles to ensure they display the correct time. This simple task can prevent confusion and ensure you arrive on time for appointments, work, or school.
In addition to changing your clocks, using March 12th, 2023 at 2AM as a reminder is an excellent time to perform other routine maintenance tasks, such as testing your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and doing a general safety check of your home.
Sheboygan is located in the Central Time Zone, so when DST is in effect, clocks will move forward at 2:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Don’t forget to set your clocks forward by one hour on March 12th, 2023, and enjoy the extra daylight hours!
